RA Meats and Treats

 

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made from RA Meats and Treats (“the Company”). By placing an order, customers agree to these terms.

 

2. Products & Quality

RA Meats and Treats is committed to providing high-quality food products prepared and handled according to strict quality and hygiene standards.

As our products are natural food items, variations in size, weight, colour, texture, and appearance may occur and do not constitute defects.

 

3. Orders

Orders are only confirmed once accepted by the Company.

RA Meats and Treats reserves the right to:

• Decline or cancel orders;

• Correct pricing errors;

• Substitute products of equal quality where necessary due to availability.

 

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR).

Prices may change due to supplier costs, market conditions, and availability.

Payment must be received before delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed.

Products remain the property of RA Meats and Treats until payment is received in full.

 

5. Delivery & Collection

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

RA Meats and Treats will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders on time but is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

Customers must ensure products are stored correctly immediately after receiving them.

 

6. Storage & Food Safety

Customers are responsible for:

• Refrigerating chilled products immediately;

• Freezing products where required;

• Following safe food handling and preparation practices.

RA Meats and Treats is not responsible for spoilage caused by incorrect storage, handling, or preparation after delivery.

 

7. Returns, Refunds & Complaints

Due to food safety requirements, returns of perishable products are not accepted unless approved by the Company.

Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after receiving the order, with proof of purchase and supporting information where required.

Approved claims may result in replacement or refund at the Company’s discretion.

 

8. Product Preparation

Customers are responsible for proper cooking and preparation of products.

RA Meats and Treats is not liable for issues caused by incorrect preparation or handling.

 

9. Liability

RA Meats and Treats will always strive to provide quality products and service. However, the Company is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside its control or misuse of products by customers.

 

10. Privacy

Customer information will only be used for processing orders, communication, and providing customer service.

 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
